In 2014 the MTB freeride documentary “Builder” was directed by Scott Secco. During the shooting of the film segments with Ryan Berrecloth, Mark Matthews, Garett Buehler, Alex Volokhov, James Doerfling, photographer Hoshi Yoshida was there with his LEICA M6 analog camera. BUILDER tells the background stories of mountain bike freeride, how athletes explore their terrain, how they build their downhill lines and how they visually connect the action with a breathtaking backdrop. The photos were taken in 2014 in Vancouver, Nelson and Williams Lake British Columbia Canada.
